Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original, unopened condition

  • Products must remain sealed and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@nirvaspirit.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns will receive return instructions, including return shipping details.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nirvaspirit.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened consumables/drink products

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
